How do I buy Maroon 5 presale tickets?
To purchase tickets, please log in to maroon5sin.com, then go to the TOUR page. Links will appear in the tour schedule.

How do I cancel my ticket order?
This ticketing site has an "all sales are final" policy. If the show is canceled or rescheduled for a date that you are unable to attend, you are eligible to receive a refund for the face value of the tickets.

How is seating being handled for people with disabilities?
Advice will be found during the online booking process, including information on how to order accessible seats. Please check with your specific venue for details.

How many tickets can I buy?
There is an EIGHT (8) ticket limit per member/tour. We monitor sales, and any purchasers found to be abusing the ticket purchase limit will have their ticket orders and membership cancelled, and memberships terminated without refund.

For VIP package offers, there may be an order limit, due to the limited quantities. For example, VIP Meet & Greet packages are limited to 4 packages per customer, to allow as many fans the opportunity to participate in the special offer.

My ticket presale code does not work. Who may I contact for help?
When you are in the Ticketmaster session, do not copy and paste your password into the form field. Please manually type in your code. This prevents any chance of invisible characters or blank spaces from being entered. These invisible characters cause the system to produce an error message. What is included in my VIP ticket package?

I have not received my VIP Package gift items. Who can I contact?

VIP Package merchandise details are emailed to customers from Ticketmaster and our Ticketing Services team. Please be sure to check the email address you used to complete your VIP Package order. It's important that you use a valid and regularly used account, otherwise, our messaging may get lost or blocked by SPAM filters because your mail client will not recognize our email as a friendly address.

Instructions and your coupon code are provided, directing you to a special area of the online store to redeem your items for shipment. Once you successfully complete your redemption, your VIP items are delivered immediately.

If you have completed your redemption, and have not yet received your VIP merchandise items, please contact us at: tickets@fanfire.com.

In the SUBJECT line, please include 'Maroon 5 VIP', plus the show date and city you are attending to expedite your inquiry.

What is the name that will appear on my credit card statement for the ticket purchase?
Ticketmaster or the respective official ticketing site, depending on who is handling the fulfillment of the tickets.

When do ticket presales open and when do they close?
Keep checking the Maroon 5 S.I.N. Tour page for the most updated presale information.

Will I receive an order confirmation by email?
Yes. It is important to use a valid email address when placing your order to receive order related communications. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the email.

How will I receive my tickets?
Presale tickets are sent out well in advance of the show. If you haven't received your tickets 48 hours prior to your show, please call your local Ticketmaster customer service department. If you purchased tickets through an alternate ticket provider, you will need to contact them directly for assistance with your tickets.

For VIP Package offers, please read delivery details carefully. In some instances (such as Meet & Greet offers), there will be a WILL CALL pick up requirement. This means you will pick up your tickets at the venue box office, on the evening of the concert.

Can I resell my tickets?
No. The tickets are not transferrable. Reselling tickets may cause you to lose your membership benefits.

Will tickets be available by telephone?
No, this is an Internet-only sale.

Annual Price: Domestic (USA and Canada), $40(USD) per member // International $45(USD) per member.

I don't have a credit card. Can I purchase a membership with a check or money order?
No. At this time, we only accept credit or debit cards for payment.

HELPFUL TIPS FOR FIRST-TIME LOG IN:
I tried entering my email address as my Login Name, but couldn't enter the site.
The new system is case sensitive. If your email address was recorded in all-caps on the previous fan club system, then you must enter your email address in all-caps.

I have a paid-up account, but my profile is showing me as an expired member.
If you are an active member of the S.I.N. Club, please email customer service with your confirmation receipt from the previous service and we will modify your account to paid user status.
